5 Fun Things to Do At Keystone Resort Before the End of Summer
Summer is winding down - but it's still summer and there is still time to enjoy it, so we have five fun things for you to do at Colorado's Keystone Resort before the end of summer.
When you say Keystone, most people probably think of winter activities like skiing and tubing, but Keystone Resort is actually a great summer destination, too. Here are some of the fun offerings at Keystone.
- 1
GOLF
Two golf courses give you 36 championship holes to challenge you in a gorgeous setting. The golf season on the River Course goes until October 8, and until September 24 on the Keystone Ranch Course, weather permitting.
- 2
Horseback Riding
Horseback riding, pony rides, and scenic wagon rides are all available at Keystone Stables. You'll get a guided ride on a horse that is appropriate for your riding experience.
- 3
Play Park
The play park has fun activities like a bungee trampoline, bounce house, mine shaft, climbing wall, gem panning, and scenic chairlift rides. The last day of activity is September 17.
- 4
Guided Bike Tours
Guided bike tours are offered through September 1, and include a rental bike and helmet, snack and water. There is also a bike tour available that stops at three craft breweries. The cost is slightly less if you bring your own bicycle.
- 5
ATV Tours
Whether you have ATV experience or not, your tour guide will give you all the instructions and lessons necessary. These are 2 and 3-hour tours -- and you probably know that a lot can happen on a three-hour tour.
