Preparing for Pork and Hops — Dave Bradley Needs Your Help

Pork and Hops is an amazing event that is coming up September 11th and 12th. From what I have been told (this being my first time going ever) is that there is amazing food, BBQ, festive beverages and lots of entertainment.

I realize a lot of you are seasoned veterans at this event, so I am looking for your help and suggestions for people like me who have never attended. Here is a list of what I think I will need to go to the event, but you be the judge. Am I missing anything?
