Polis Changes Last Call to 10 p.m. for Restaurants and Bars
Citing a spike in COVID-19 cases among young people, Gov. Jared Polis announced Tuesday that he is moving last call hours from 2 a.m. to 10 p.m. for the next 30 days.
Governor Jared Polis is obviously frustrated with young people drinking and socializing during the pandemic. Now, his frustration has turned into action as he is ordering all establishments statewide that serve alcohol to move their "last call" hour to 10 p.m. instead of 2 a.m.
According to KDVR, young people between ages 20 and 29 are leading the spread of COVID-19 in Colorado.
