Official Trailer For New Peter Pan Movie ‘Pan’ [VIDEO]

The story of Peter Pan is being retold and reinvented! Warner Bros. is giving us a whole new take on the story with the special effects this sort of story has always needed but has never gotten.

This reminds me of Batman in certain ways. The way Batman was sort of reinvented with all of the new "Dark Knight" movies. It has a dark undertone but it's still modest enough for kids to watch. I was expecting such a huge film when before I saw the trailer, I suspected it be more of a kids movie like 'Hook'.

'Pan' stars Hugh Jackman ('Les Misérables') as Blackbeard; Garrett Hedlund ('Inside Llewyn Davis') as Hook; Oscar nominee Rooney Mara ('The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo') as Tiger Lily; Adeel Akhtar ('The Dictator') as Smee; and newcomer Levi Miller as Peter.

There's no official release date but it's set to be in theaters during the Summer of 2015. I'll be in line getting my early viewing tickets for this one. Are you going to see it?
