Lady Gaga Documentary ‘Gaga: Five Foot Two’ Hits Netflix Real Soon: Watch the Trailer

Get ready for what promises to be an intimate, behind-the-scenes look at Lady Gaga's life and journey to Joanne when Gaga: Five Foot Two lands at Netflix this month.
A film crew followed Mother Monster over the last few years as she toured the country. Among numerous up-close-and-personal bits, you can watch Ms. Germanotta getting high in her grandmother's car and stumbling around Walmart, receiving a fresh tattoo, puffing on a blunt, prancing around dressing rooms half-naked and more.
There's also some not-so-fun stuff, such as watching how Gaga copes with chronic pain and her breakup with former fiancé Taylor Kinney. Previously Gaga had released some brief clips on Instagram, but this more extensive trailer is likely the last bit of footage we'll get before the film drops in about two weeks.
“I had a rare opportunity to create a portrait of an artist with such an open heart and mind. I feel really lucky that Gaga trusted me and my vision," the documentary's director, Chris Moukarbel, told E! news.
The official synopsis reads:
From Walmart shopping trips to doctor's visits to rocking the Super Bowl Halftime Show, it's Lady Gaga as you've never seen her in this revealing documentary. 'GAGA: FIVE FOOT TWO' follows the superstar at her most vulnerable moments as she pushes through chronic pain, heartbreak and produces a soul-blooming album.
Gaga: Five Foot Two will be available September 22, only on Netflix.
