Massive Hovercraft on a Public Beach in Russia

Some people hanging out a beach might be worried about sharks, jelly fish or even the riptides! But in Russia it look like you need to watch out for military hovercraft.

I can't image relaxing on a beach and then all of a sudden a hovercraft fires up and starts moving in on your tan time! Yikes!
