Country Jam Day One Stats: MIPs, Arrests + More
The Mesa County Sheriff's Office released their stats for arrests and citations during the first day of Country Jam. Here's what went down.
There were multiple arrests made in two arrests in the campground on Thursday. The first, Rudy Gillean, 49, of Grand Junction was arrested for Domestic Violence, Harassment Strikes Shoves Kicks. Also arrested, Jason Apodaca, 39 of Albuquerque, NM was arrested at the campgrounds for Possession of a Schedule I/II Substance (Cocaine) (Class 4 Drug Felony).
Drew Mackenzie, 24, was arrested for violation of a protection order.

At the Festival
- Minor in Possession = 11
- Procuring Alcohol to a Minor = 2
- Fake ID = 13
In the Campgrounds
- Minor in Possession = 24
- Procuring Alcohol to a Minor = 0
- Fake ID = 2
- False Reporting = 1
In the Parking Lot
- Minor in Possession = 0
- Procuring Alcohol to a Minor = 0
Emergency services helped 31 patients, with for of them needing a transfer to the hospital.

- 5 dehydration
- 9 traumas
