Brand New Convenience Store Coming to 29 Road

Grand Junction residents can expect to see a brand new convenience store on 29 Road in the coming months.

I noticed the"Coming Soon" sign the other day as I was driving by and saw it was going to be a Maverik convenience store.

You can see the construction going on at the northeast corner of 29 Road and D. I don't know when the projected opening of the store is, but it looks like they have quite a ways to go.

A number of Maverik convenience stores have popped up in Grand Junction in recent years. You can find them on Orchard Mesa, in Clifton, and on Patterson at 29 1/2 Road. Delta also has one at the intersection of Highways 50 and 92

With the high volume of traffic that 29 Road carries, connecting Highway 50 with North Avenue and Patterson, I would expect the new Maverik store to be a popular stop for commuters.
