The cool thing about this gym is that you also learn martial arts styles while working out. 8th street gym is located at 806 South Ave, Grand Junction, CO.

Anytime Fitness:

The obvious attraction of AnytimeFitness, is thetwenty-four hour access. If you work strangehours, or have strange sleeping habits that this is an excellent choice. Especially if you prefer a smaller, less corporate setting. Anytime Fitness is located at 2740 US-50, Grand Junction, CO 81503.

Gold's Gym:

Gold's is the big Corporate Gym in town. I'm not even saying that in a bad way, because Gold's brings a lot to the table. They have twenty-four hour access, full weights and machines, and a giant theater for cardio. Gold's gym has a steam room, sauna, hot tub and pool, and they also have a pretty rad smoothie bar. Gold's Gym is located at 700 Maldonado St, Grand Junction, CO 81505.

Crossfit is known for their hardcore workouts. They use a fusion of traditional workout moves with new cutting edge (and body shocking) moves. These workouts aren't for the faint of heart, but if you want to sculpt your body, these are the guys to do it. Crossfit Vex is located at 379 Indian Rd, Grand Junction, CO 81501.

Monument Fitness:

Monument Fitness is a great gym option for anyone in the far west of the Redlands. It's located in the old Safeway shopping center, which is pretty handy for anyone in the Redlands. They have a large selection of weights and cardio machines, and pretty solid hours, so you can get a workout in early, or late. Monument Fitness is located at 2148 Broadway, Grand Junction, CO 81507.

Kaia Fit is a program designed specifically for women. They focus on empowering women to sculpt their own bodies and learn to better love themselves. This is a training based workout, meaning every workout iswitha trainer, in a group setting. This is a workout program by women, for women, and it's for all ages and fitness levels.
