With school being out and the temperatures warming up. It is always fun to be outdoors. The same goes for your kids. There is a really amazing program being held by the Colorado Parks and Wildlife Department, that give kids an opportunity to not only explore the Grand Valley, but go on a learning adventure!

The program that runs now through July 29th features different activities every week:

Reptiles and Amphibians, Fish and Birds, Mammals. Kids will be able to learn outdoor skills. The program will end End of the Summer Barbecue on July 29th.

The program is open to kids 5 and up (suggested ages 5-12). Parents are welcome to attend too! Everything is free, however, you will need a parking pass to get in. To get signed up, you can simply call 970-858-7208.
