Who Should Pay for a Wedding?
Getting Married is one of the biggest days of your lives and the discussion of who pays for the wedding is a hot topic. Who should pay for the wedding?
Nowadays it seems that couple in there 30's are coming up with mega bucks to blow on the big day!
On the flip side, the 20-year-old couples -- don't get married, JK -- think that a bride’s parents pay for the wedding.
According to a new poll of 2,031 adults by John Lewis Insurance it is not.
Fifty-two percent of the survey respondents said that they would pay for their wedding themselves, whereas 37 percent believe both sets of parents should split the costs. Only nine percent answered that only the bride’s folks should pay for the big day.
