Where are The Best Snow Cone and Ice Cream Shacks in Grand Junction?

I am on a mission! I want to know where all of the snow cone shacks and ice cream places are in Grand Junction, and throughout the valley. I have found two that I love so far, but I want you to help me find the rest!

Here are the two that I loved:

There is a snow cone shack out in Fruita, off of the Circle Park. They had a ton of flavors, the girl was super friendly and they even let me mix the flavors, it was delicious!

The Italian Ice shack in the Sutherlands Parking Lot. This was seriously some of the best ice cream I've ever had in my entire life!! I mixed a few flavors and had the biggest size they would let me, it stayed super cold the whole time and tasted amazing!

Now I need your help! Where are all the other great snow cone and ice cream shacks in the valley?!
