Temperatures are cooling down, and the leaves are beginning to fall. You would not believe what the change of season can do to your body. 

If your body feels like it is going banana's, you may just be right. According to Women's Health Magazine, you body can be very sensitive to the change in  weather. Some of the symptoms due to weather may surprise you.

If you have ever experienced bad headaches or , it could be due to the colder temperatures. Xiang Li, M.D says that:

If you suffer from extreme migraines, this could be due to many different factors. Believe it or not, cold, sun glare, and stormy weather can do weird things to your brain. It can cause a chemical imbalances that trigger the migraine.

Other symptoms that people suffer from as the weather changes can include being very tired. This is called SAD "Seasonal Affective Disorder". If you are the type that feels sleepy during the winter, the article recommends that you attempt to spend as much time in light as much as possible. This will help your symptoms.

From Dry Skin in the fall and winter, to being low on Vitamin D due to less UV sunlight, breathing problems, and joint pain due to lower pressure in the winter. Our bodies go through a lot. If you are like me, keeps lots of aspirin around, and be prepared as we go into the colder, darker months.
