Uncommon, Yet Cool Housing Options in Grand Junction

When looking for a house, everyone has different tastes and ideas that would make the perfect home. I have seen some unique housing in Grand Junction. 

From 2 car garages to large kitchens, there are a ton of things you could look for. I found some houses that are unique, yet cool, and I thought I would share them with you.

I found this gem that has a rustic feel and a nice sized yard. The one item on this house that really makes it unique is the full-size door on the second floor. I wish I would have had a house like this when I was a kid! What a great way to sneak in and out and not get caught by mom and dad! Or perhaps if you have an unwanted guest, this would be a great exit point for them. Just keep in mind, when you walk out that door that the first step is a doozy. I would have to say, however, what a great way to get a breeze on the second floor in the spring and summertime!

This house really caught my eye. If you wanna talk about having the very best view, this would be the type of house for you. Surrounded by mountains and scenic views, and a drive that loops around the house, this house is definitely one for those who want privacy and feel like you are on your own island. I can imagine that from that height, that you would always have a great flow of air when you open the windows.

No matter what you are looking for. I guarantee you, that in Grand Junction, you can find it. You just sometimes have to look up!
