Top 10 Things Grand Junction is Looking Forward to This Spring

There is no doubt this is a huge attraction this time of year. People just seem to be in a better mood when the weather is warmer.

Gardening is certainly a popular activity on the western slope. Personally, I'm all about looking at flowers and smelling them, not planting flowers.

A lot of people love to wear sandals in warm weather, but I'm not one of them. Somehow, I just do not feel comfortable exposing my toes for all the world to see.

This one gets a big hand clap from me. Gone are the days when I go to work in the dark - and come home in the dark.

I love the idea of not having to throw a coat on in the morning. This is weird. I love getting coats, and having coats, but I'd rather not have to wear one.

The fact is you can hike any time of the year in almost any kind of weather. But, hiking in the spring when it's warm - but not hot - seems to be the ideal time to take a trek.

One of the rules in my life is that I must go on a cruise about every 25 years. I'm due for my next cruise about anytime.
