Many of your favorite places that you like to frequent for lunch or dinner are based right here in our home state of Colorado. Today I was at the Quiznos in Windsor and I noticed a sign that said Quiznos started in Colorado... I didn't know that. Being the curious person that I am, I did a little research into what other chain eateries are based out of the state of Colorado and here they are:

Old Chicago - Headquarters in Broomfield with 96 locations.
Romano's Macaroni Grill - Headquarters in Denver with 90 locations.
