The only thing that could be better than going out for a good meal is going out and having a chance to win some cold hard cash.

The fourth annual Downtown Restaurant Week is back and there is a lot of good food to be eaten and some great prizes to be won. One of the cool things about this year's restaurant week is that it's actually longer than a week, so it gives everyone a little more time to get around to as many restaurants as possible. It actually extends across two weekends. Another bonus is that every visit isn't necessarily a huge meal, so you don't have to break the bank.

How It Works

Restaurant Week in downtown Grand Junction runs April 9-18. The idea is to encourage diners to eat at as many downtown restaurants as possible during the week. When you eat at a participating restaurant, you'll get a sticker that you put on your Restaurant Week Passport, available at any participating restaurant and some of the retail shops. The more stickers you collect, the bigger the prize you can win.

How Much Can You Win?

There are different prize levels which depend on how many restaurants you visit.

  • If you collect 7 stickers or more, you'll have a chance to win a $500 gift card.
  • If you collect 4 stickers or more you could win a $200 gift card.
  • Collecting at least 3 stickers gives you a chance to win a $100 gift card.
  • If you eat at just one restaurant and collect one sticker you have a chance to win a $50 gift card.

Which Restaurants Are Participating?

That is a great question, and here is the answer.
