The Grand Valley Is Food Truck Heaven
Once lunchtime hits, you only have a little bit of time to go get your food and eat it before it is time to go back to work.
Unless you are one of the people who bring their lunch to work. I'm here to tell you that there is a quick and easy way to enjoy your lunch and still have time to get back to work without rushing.
The quick and easy solution instead of trying to sit down at a restaurant is head on over to your nearest food truck.
Duncans Food Truck brings all the classics right to you. Not to mention they have their own signature burger, known as the Duncan Burger. This is one of the best food trucks that I have been too. My favorite thing on the menu has to be the Colorado Cheesesteak. It is absolutely delicious.
If you haven't had the chance to try their food I suggest you get on that right now. Their fish tacos are some of the best that I have had in the Valley period. No matter what type of seafood you put in the taco there is never a bad choice. If I were you I would make your first taco choice the red snapper.
This is one food truck that I haven't been able to try yet. But you better believe that I am going too. I have never heard of a food truck cooking pizza. Not only that they also cook the pizza old school in clay. So you get a crispy crust with perfect ingredients every time. I had a couple people in my English class that said it was the best pizza they have ever tried. I'm really looking forward to trying this one!
Using only locally sourced products this place has everything for everybody. They even have some items on the menu that are strictly vegan. This healthy and local food with gives you the recharge that you need to get through the rest of your day. I have tried it a couple times and each time got the wrap. It was seriously delicious. The next time I try it maybe ill try something vegan. I have never had anything vegan before. Who knows it might change my whole outlook.
If you love anything to do with green chili then you are going to love this place. This is one of my favorite places to stop and get a quick bite. My favorite item has to be the sausage egg and potato burrito. It is huge and feels me up every time. If there is a must eat this has to be it.
Now get out on your lunch and head over to your closest food truck. the experience will be worth it!
