The new teaser trailer, it shows Santa/Scott Calvin (played by Tim Allen) retiring from his role as Santa and interviewing potential replacements. One of the potential candidates? Denver Broncos Super Bowl 50 champion, and NFL Hall of Fame Quarterback, Peyton Manning, was interviewing for the gig. "I can't wait to rub this in Brady's face," the former Broncos QB says to Santa to start his interview in the hilarious new trailer below.
While it seems like Santa dismisses Peyton after his "Ho Ho Homaha-Homaha" audition didn't seem up to snuff, it guarantees that we'll get to see Peyton in at least one episode of the sure-to-be Disney+ classic series. Disney is the parent company of ESPN whom Peyton already does projects, so it's no surprise he'd go into business with the Mouse for this awesome new Disney+ series. Merry Christmas in September.
