Mesa County Health Department Needs Your Help – [SURVEY]

Can you tell the Mesa County Health Department how you utilize outdoor recreation on the Western Slope? It all benefits YOU!

Great Outdoors Colorado  has awarded a $37,000 grant to the Health Department for a the, “Pathways to Nature” project and with this survey the MCHD hopes to,

determine the connection between families and young people with nature and the outdoors in Mesa County.

And you can help by taking this short survey about nature and the outdoors.!

According to Veronica Harvey the MCHD Communications Manager this survey will,

help identify resources and gaps in our county when it comes to families being able to utilize outdoor recreation and space.

With your help we can make our outdoor resources GREAT!
