Large Boulders have fallen onto I-70 near Glenwood Canyon, according to the Colorado Department of Transportation.Several boulders and debris fell early Monday morning disrupting traffic. The Colorado Department of Transportation has activated the GeoHazards team, and will be using the Boulder Buster to remove the large rocks.

West and eastbound traffic will be slowed to one lane during the inspection and clean up. According to CDOT, there is no expected time of completion at this time. Maintenance crews will continue to work to remove the boulders and debris, lanes will continue to be slowed around mile marker 124. Plan for delays in both directions.
