Jury Finds Patrick Frazee Guilty of Murder

The Teller County jury has found Patrick Frazee guilty in the murder of Kelsey Berreth this afternoon. After 10 days of testimony, the jury deliberated from shortly after 11 a.m. to 2:45 p.m.

The 12-person Teller County jury found Frazee guilty of first-degree murder, tampering with a deceased human body and three counts of solicitation to commit first-degree murder. A first-degree murder conviction is a mandatory sentence of life in prison without the possibility of parole.
