If you live in the Grand Junction area and you scan through your Facebook feed on any given day, you're sure to find a handful of complaints about slow internet, slow wi-fi, and wi-fi that is hard to connect to in the area. There are a lot of people that are sick of less than quality internet, myself being one of them. Well, there may be some light at the end of the tunnel.

Grand Junction is the first city in Mesa County that may regain their power to negotiate with broadband internet service providers.

Municipal elections occur this April, and Grand Junction voters will have a chance to override the current legislation, and allow our city leaders to have a fighting chance to provide us with more options for broadband internet.

I think we are all just tired of paying premium prices, for subpar products and service. Make your vote count!!
