    Duffy’s Model Train Christmas Show features The Grande Railroad Gang and their N scale display.

    Admission is a suggested donation of $1 per child, $3 per adult, or $5 per family. All proceeds will be donated to Operation Interdependence.

    Changing Landscapes of Science Lecture

    This event captures the magic of Christmas, and has elements that follow the children through to Christmas Eve.

    This event is a fundraiser for Caprock Academy’s 8TH grade class, with proceeds going towards a spring trip to Washington, D.C.

    Jingle Bell Run 5K

    The annual Jingle Bell Run 5K is scheduled for Saturday at Canyon View Park in Grand Junction. Participants are asked to meet at the baseball shelter.

    Registration starts at 8:00 a.m. and the 5K will begin at 9:00 a.m. A 1K for kids will begin at 10:00 a.m.

    Roice-Hurst Humane Society will be on-site accepting donations of dog and cat food, as well as cat litter.
