Apparently, the men spotted the woman's purse in her shopping cart and proceeded to target the woman. One of the men reportedly distracted the woman by asking for directions while the other man snatched the purse from her cart. The other woman saw it happen and confronted the man asking him to return the items. The man refused and a struggle ensued. The woman was pushed to the ground and the suspects took off.
