Advocacy groups across the state launched The ‘I Drive Colorado’ campaign launched on Tuesday. This campaign aims to help those who are undocumented receive a drivers  license in the state of Colorado.

Tuesday, outside the Grand Junction DMV office, The Hispanic Affairs Project spoke outside of the Grand Junction DMV office regarding why the "I Drive" campaign was important, according to KKCO.

In the state of Colorado, there are only 3 out of 15 offices in the state that offers appointments for undocumented immigrants.

The ‘I Drive Colorado’ campaign is backed by Colorado Chiefs of Police and County Sheriffs of Colorado. The campaign wants to improve the Colorado Road and Community Safety Act what was passed back in 2013.
