With 2017 in our rearview, it is now time to look forward to what 2018 has to offer.

Of course every year we all have our New Year's resolutions that we will or won't complete. I know that almost every New Year's I never actually complete what I set out to do.

But this year I have stuck to my guns. I have decided that I am going to cut all sugar-based drinks out of my life for good. So far two days in I am on track to doing what I wanted. Now only three hundred and sixty-two days to go without any sugar.

Now what I want to know is what your New Year's Resolution are. Are you going to be going hiking more? Or are you going to change your diet?

I know this is going to be a hard road ahead, but together I know that we can do it!
