Grand Junction Fire Department Saves Puppy Stuck Inside Heat Duct
The Grand Junction Fire Department saved a puppy that was stuck inside of a heat duct. See the firefighters squeezing through tiny spaces to save the tiny puppy.
The Grand Junction Fire Department saves humans and animals too. Grand Junction Fire Department Engine #1 responded to a call about a puppy stuck between a rock and a hard place. Well really, the puppy got stuck inside of a heating duct.
According to the Grand Junction Fire Department's Facebook, they did some crawling and squeezing through some uncomfortable places to rescue the puppy. It looks like firefighters had to crawl underneath the person's house to get to the puppy.
The Grand Junction firefighters took a few pictures, including some pictures with the puppy. The puppy is super tiny and I'm sure being stuck was absolutely terrifying. A big shout out to the Grand Junction Fire Department for being so awesome and saving both human and animal lives.
Most of the comments on the Grand Junction Fire Department's Facebook post are something along the lines of 'great job' and 'thank you' except for a couple, like this one. Leah commented:
That puppy is cute but the firefighter is cuter!
By the way, I'm pretty sure Leah is that firefighter's wife. Way to go to the Grand Junction Fire Department for another great job and for expanding the GJFD crew.
