Grand Junction Bride Out $6500 — Should She Get a Refund?

Planning a wedding is full of contracts, deals and money; one bride to be in Grand Junction Colorado had her "contract" end with her soon to be husband, which lead to calling off the wedding of her dreams. Who is responsible for those broken contracts?

Dinkel told KKCO:

You don't think it's going to happen to you. You read the contract, you know exactly what it says, it's not going to happen to you.

When the Jessica cancelled the contract with Two Rivers Winery she learned that she will not be getting a refund of $6,500 for the venue rental of Two Rivers Winery.

What about the other vendors that lost money? The catering company, flowers and cake decorator; those vendors lost money and also a date to book a wedding for that day.

I ask Miss Dinkel, who should pay for their lost time and effort? What do you think?
