Governor Hickenlooper Signs DUI Felony Law Into Effect

Well it has taken a while due to all the debate surrounding the issue, Colorado now joins other states in making DUI a Felony. The law goes into effect August 5th and this will make a fourth DUI a felony punishable by up to six years in prison and a fine of as much as $500,000.
