First Monster Truck Rally With a Four Year Old–Success!

As soon as the ROAR of the engines started everyone was screaming and on their feet for the monster trucks to fly high in the sky and we were not disappointed! 

This was the first time that we took our son Brody to a monster truck rally! Earlier in the day I mentioned it in passing and his little eyes almost popped out of his head! So after a long day of wiener dog racing I managed to pull myself together and head out for some monster trucks!

When the trucks were introduced, everyone was cheering. Me, I was taking pictures of Brody! This is him hearing the engines for the first time! He picked "California Kid" as his all time favorite!

I have to admit I was pretty impressed by the drivers of the Monster Trucks! Some of the trucks were faster than others, but we did not care we just wanted to see them CRUSH something!

Crushing and flying through the air, the trucks were a sight! Brody was cheering them on! All of the monster trucks went around a few times and then it happened.....I want to go home...  After only a hour and fifteen minutes we left the show and I could not have been happier!

We did have a great time and we place this experience in the Good Parenting Book, monster trucks DONE!
