Mesa County Looking for Foster Parents With A Medical Background

Opening up your home to a foster child is so rewarding and exhilarating that those that have the capability to offer their home to this kind of service is incredible.

According to Foster Care of Mesa County, there are approximately 260 children that range from birth to the teen years that are in need of foster care today.

Many of these children are born under difficult circumstances right from the start. Several of these children face physical and mental challenges of all kinds.

Unfortunately, there are babies that are exposed to drugs in the womb. Birthed with complications and challenges that could benefit from a caring foster parent in the medical field such as a nurse or doctor.

Not just for the health benefits but it allows these children to be provided for in ways the otherwise may not have.
