COVID Causes Another Grand Junction Business Closure
Hearing about another Grand Junction business that is going to have to close its doors feels like a punch to the gut. It's something that no one wants to hear but unfortunately, it's the reality as so many businesses have struggled to try to jump through the hoops that have come with this pandemic.
The big news was announced over the weekend as The Escape House located at 605 Grand Avenue in Grand Junction is closing its doors on Sunday, January 3rd. The decision was not easy to make but due to the current COVID situation and the uncertainty of things moving forward they will be closing permanently.
The Escape House first closed temporarily in March when the pandemic began but reopened in May and has followed all guidelines but the current flow of customers makes it impossible to keep the doors open.
The Escape House was advertised as the place to play in Grand Junction. You would enter a themed room with varying degrees of difficulty and you and your team will have 60 minutes to find clues, solve puzzles, and find the escape from the room.
The management and staff want to thank their loyal fan base for the support over the past 5 years. With the final day of business being a few weeks away you can still book another time to visit The Escape Room. And if you have gift cards make sure you use them before their final day in business.
You can see their Facebook post from over the weekend announcing their closing.
