Colorado Governor’s Mansion First to Get Beer Taps Installed
Colorado's Governor Hickenlooper installed a beer tap in the governor's mansion which makes it the first in the country to get equipped with a beer tap.
Governor Hickenlooper invited brewers from around the state for the unveiling, just in time to kick off Craft Beer Week going on now.
Before entering politics, Hickenlooper started Wynkoop Brewery right here in Colorado. Makes perfect sense that he'd have a beer tap in the governor's mansion.
So I guess I can look at it two ways. One is hooray! Were the first and how cool is that? Second opinion would be I don't feel I should pay for a party that I will never ever be invited to!
