Why Do Bull Elk Rub Their Antlers Against Trees During Rut Season?
A 15-acre property located in Cherry Hills Village recently hit the market with a whopping $25 million price tag attached – a record asking amount for the Denver metro area, according to the Denver Post.
The property at 4001 E. Quincy Ave., is also known as Clearview Farm, and was purchased by its last owners with the vision of preserving the land as a working farm. The main home is situated on the high point of the property, providing unobstructed views of the mountains, thus the name Clearview Farm.
According to the Denver Post, the current owners of Clearview Farm opted to move out before completion, due to circumstances that were taking them elsewhere in the country. Since the mansion is still under construction, this amazing abode has the potential to be personally customized by a future buyer.
