We've talked about the awesome donut shops around Colorado. From the bigger chains like Dunkin' or Krispy Kreme to awesome mom & pop shops like Landline Donuts in Longmont or even my old friends at Peace Love & Little Donuts in Loveland. We also have Voodoo Doughnuts, which is an interesting must-see all on its own. If you're a donut fanatic, Colorado has you covered... One popular donut franchise that has been missing from our great state is Duck Donuts, and it has finally arrived.

Duck Donuts Now Open In Johnstown

This past Saturday, May 13th at 6:30 am, the brand new Duck Donuts location, the very first one in Colorado, opened its doors to the public for the very first time. The soon-to-be-famous location is located at 4842 Larimer Parkway in Johnstown, which is basically in the same parking lot as Scheels. You'll be able to enjoy fresh made-to-order donuts 7 days a week. We popped by on Mother's Day to surprise my wife, who saw Duck Donuts on a show she watches and freaked out when she heard it was coming to Colorado, and let me tell you, Northern Colorado was excited to welcome this new donut shop to town.
