Somehow 2023 seems like it was an even bigger year for concerts in Grand Junction than the year before with more shows, bigger acts, and larger crowds showing up to welcome artists to the Western Slope. What was your favorite concert of 2023 (so far)?
In addition to weekly performances in downtown Grand Junction for the Market on Main, this summer saw shows happening at Las Colonias Amphitheater almost every weekend. Chances are you probably won some tickets with our station app.
Grand Junction's Summer of Concerts
Western Colorado got a visit from Ice Cube this summer. We saw Dwight Yoakam in town, Sawyer Brown was here, The Reverend Horton Heat, Michael Franti & Spearhead, Kolby Cooper, and the big three at Country Jam this year included Blake Shelton, Jason Aldean, and Cody Johnson. Which concert did you make it to this summer that ended up being your favorite?
Still to Come This Fall
It's not over yet. As the fall temps arrive we still have a few weeks to enjoy live music before the cold weather gets here. Don't miss Tracy Lawrence and Casey Donahew at Las Colonias this month. In October the Used will be here, and so will Ludacris. You can grab your tickets now by visiting the Amp website.
