Grand Junction’s Cocktails and Cookie Creations Sounds Delicious

When I heard about Grand Junction's Cocktails and Cookie Creations, I couldn't believe Girl Scout Cookies were being turned into savory appetizer. Is this really possible? I guess I will find out this year.

This year will be my first Cocktails and Cookie Creations and I can't wait. I'm told that chefs from around the Grand Valley will put together amazing appetizers out of Girl Scout Cookies. YUM!

Not only that, there will be great local wines, craft beers and specialty cocktails to wash down the deliciousness.

I know I can eat some serious Thin Mints, and I can't wait to see if I will like them as an appetizer. But I guess wine, and beer make anything taste better! Try it out for yourself!

Cocktails and Cookie Creations is April 17 at the Avalon Theatre in downtown Grand Junction. Cost is $50, and all proceeds go to the Girl Scouts of Western Colorado.
