Celebrate Blueberry Pancake Day + Other Fun Holidays
Today is a great day to celebrate blueberry pancakes, fun at work and the amazing kazoo.
Blueberry pancakes are my absolute favorite food of all time, and today just happens to be National Blueberry Pancake Day. All the ooey gooey goodness of warm pancakes covered with fresh blueberries and syrup. Take some time today to run by iHop, Denny's, Village Inn, or even Dream Cafe because they have a wonderful plate of pancakes!
National Fun at Work Day
Today is also National Fun at Work Day! This one is a non-official holiday, but COME ON! We all have to work, so we might as well have a good time right? Just make sure that whatever you do, the boss is in on it.
Some things to try:
- Hide a semi-important file and see how long it takes for someone to notice it is missing!
- Give everyone fun coffee cups. It's a fantastic way for everyone to enjoy their java.
- Bubble wrap a cubicle! Nothing is more fun than seeing the look on your co-workers face when they try to get into their workspace. lol
National Kazoo Day
Last, but definitely not least, it is National Kazoo Day. This in itself is fun! I remember as a kid running around with a kazoo making all kinds of sounds and it was just a fun time in life.
Maybe you could combine all of these items into one today, go get pancakes, grab a kazoo, and have fun at work, what do you think?
