Summer is swiftly approaching, and anyone that has lived in Grand Junction during the summer knows that it can get hot. Like, really, really hot. Colorado is known for our ability to find healthy alternatives to every single traditional way of doing things, and frozen yogurt is no exception. We love our frozen yogurt!

Here are the best places in town (in my most humble opinion) to find frozen yogurt:

Yogo Mojo GJ

Address: 950 North Ave, Grand Junction, CO 81501

As with most of the Frozen Yogurt places in town, these guys have a ton of toppings, including my favorite, the little Boba Balls filled with juice! The best part about Yogo Mojo, though, is that they are literally right next to the college, which, if you live in the Downtown area, is super handy.

U Top It Frozen Yogurt

Address: 230 E Lynwood St, Grand Junction, CO 81503

Definitely the closest option for anyone living in Orchard Mesa, U Top It is in the Meridian Building, off of Highway 50. U Top has been receiving a lot of great reviews online. I myself have yet to make it out to this location, but I’ve heard some pretty great things. They have a good selection of flavors, as well as toppings. I’ll have to head down there and see what the fuss is all about!

Cherry Berry

Address: 624 Rae Lynn St, Grand Junction, CO 81505

Cherry Berry is a great choice for anyone living out near the Mesa Mall or coming from the Fruita area. It’s conveniently located off of 24 Road, near the Starbucks. Anyone who is into Frozen Yogurt knows about Cherry Berry. That was the first place I ever tried the Boba juice balls on my yogurt. Those are seriously the best!

Gelu Italian Ice

Address: 2405 Patterson Road (Sutherland’s parking lot)

Ok, I know this isn’t technically Frozen Yogurt. However, I thought I would provide an option for any of our lactose intolerant readers. Italian Ice is made with water, sugar, and fruit, which means it’s fair game for anyone with lactose problems. It’s also super tasty. They are open from the beginning of spring until mid-fall, in the Sutherlands parking lot. You can also find them at most local events.
