Grand Junction's tourism is on the rise, and here's why.

National Tourism Week was last week and Colorado's tourism office put out a list of interesting places to go in Colorado and Grand Junction was on the list. A large part of the growth is attributed to Agri-tourism.

Agri-tourism, in case you aren't familiar, includes activities that take place on farms and ranches ranches and farms. Recent legislation has made it possible for the Grand Valley to compete as an agricultural hot spot.

The Grand Valley's abundant orchard's and wineries, combined with the Colorado National Monument, poise for even greater growth in the future.
