The "secrets revealed" theme on this week's episodes of 'The Talk' continued yesterday when co-host (and 'Big Brother' host) Julie Chen revealed that in her early days as a local news reporter about 20 years ago, she was told her career would go no further unless she had plastic surgery to make her eyes appear "less Asian." And she did.
