A sequel to 1994’s ‘Dumb and Dumber’ seemed like a silly idea until ‘Dumb and Dumber To’ went and made $36 million in its opening weekend. Now, the sky is the limit for the aging idiots played by Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels and the thought of a third film (‘Dumb and Dumberer’ is not official canon) doesn’t seem all that crazy. In fact, the new film is already waaay ahead of you. If you stuck around through the end credits of ‘Dumb and Dumber To,’ you already know that the post-credits scene teases a theoretical third entry in the series.

As many people were flipping back and forth between the second-to-last episode of 'Breaking Bad' and the 2013 Emmy Awards, many assumed that Bryan Cranston would take home one last Best Actor Emmy for his work as Walter White. Warner Bros. has decided it's smart (and smarter) to ditch Bobby and Peter Farrelly's 'Dumb and Dumber 2', forcing the brothers to shop the sequel around to other studios.

It wasn’t long ago that Jim Carrey exited ‘Dumb and Dumber 2′ with co-star Jeff Daniels naturally trailing right behind him. But don’t give up hope just yet, guys. Looks like Daniels thinks the Farrelly brothers will get it together by next summer, and Jim Carrey still wants to do it, and unicorns are giving birth to kittens under waterfalls made of fro-yo.
