Spring Cleaning + Planting Flowers All In a Western Colorado Weekend!

How do you plant your very first flower patch? We took to the yard for landscaping this past weekend but we needed a little help!

Spring is here in Western Colorado! With the weather in the 70's this past weekend, it seemed that everyone was outside either planting flowers or cleaning up old man winter's mess! Like most people, we went out to the landscaping stores and picked up lots of flowers and bedding for the front yard. But this year we needed a few ideas on how to make our flowers really bloom!

I went searching on YouTube and found some great tips!

1. When planting your flowers, plant in groups of three!
2. Make sure you press down tight and get all the air pockets out!
3. Add some "plant power" in the water and feed your plants!
