Sam Smith's song 'Lay Me Down' was released on his debut album 'In The Lonely Hour' in May of 2014. Since then he has blown up across the world as one of the best new artist. This song is another reason why.

I really enjoyed this new single from Sam Smith. I think the best part of the song was about 3/4 in when the tempo was picked up. That was great. The only knock on this video that I have is that his lip syncing could've be done better. Unless they were trying to make it look like that, then of course it was just fine.

I would listen to more of Sam Smith if his music was more up beat but he is still a fantastic artist either way. I think his six Grammy nominations this year speak for themselves... let's just see how many he wins this Sunday!
