Russell Wilson’s $25 Million Colorado Mansion Breaks Record
Russell Wilson has broken some records during his time in Seattle and after about 5 weeks in Colorado, he's already breaking records here, off the field anyway. I'm sure more on-the-field ones will be broken here too sooner than later, but for now, let's talk about the record-breaking purchase he just made in the Cherry Hills Neighborhood in Englewood.
The Wilsons' new 4 bedroom, 12 bathroom home just broke the record for most put down for a residential property in Denver with a whopping $25 million, originally reported by Business Den.
I'm not going to lie, 4 beds and 12 bathrooms seems a bit lopsided to me, but that's just me. This home is simply incredible and features a basketball court, yoga studio, movie theater, gym, and a bunch of other stuff most of us can only dream of having.
The home sits on plenty of land too, a little over 5 acres to be exact, and was built back in 2018.
Just for the record, before this purchase, the most expensive residential property purchased was $16 million in Downtown Denver, according to the Denver Post (who sourced the information from BusinessDen).
The Wilson's have shattered that record and for Broncos Country, we can only hope they will be in this home for a long time winning a few championships in the meantime.
