Primerica Financial Services To Help Tuesday’s Victims

In the wake of Tuesday’s explosion and fire on South Seventh Street in Grand Junction, Primerica Financial Services has made arrangements to help displaced victims.

Primerica Financial Services will accept donations during office hours (9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday). Primerica Financial Services is located at 1119 North First Street Suite F in Grand Junction.

According to Kevin Kees, regional vice president of Primerica Financial Services, any donations that may require after-hours contact can be arranged by calling Kees directly at 970-250-9382.

In addition to accepting donations, Primerica Financial Services will host a benefit this Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Primerica offices. Hamburgers and hot dogs will be available for purchase, with proceeds going to the displaced victims.

The Colorado Mesa University chapter of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes has identified five people who were displaced by Tuesday’s fire. The people lived at a house located at 1742 North Seventh Street, which caught fire shortly after an explosion at 1752 North Seventh Street.
