Rapper Nelly Busted for Suspected Methamphetamine Possession

Is it getting hot in here? It definitely is for Hip-Hop artist Nelly. Cornell "Nelly" Haynes is now up against felony drugs charges after he was arrested by Tennessee State Troopers Saturday morning on his way to a show in St. Louis Missouri. The Troopers pulled the bus over for not having a proper Department of Transportation sticker in the window.

Once the bus was stopped, the Tennessee troopers noticed the smell of marijuana and conducted a probable cause search of the bus. That is when troopers discovered a plastic bag in the sleeper area containing five colored crystal-type rocks that tested positive for methamphetamine, as well as a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

As the Troopers dug further into the bus, they discovered 100 small Ziploc bags along with numerous handguns, including a gold-plated 50-caliber Desert Eagle pistol, a 45-caliber Tarus pistol, and a 500 magnum Smith and Wesson.

So to answer the question Is it getting "Hot In Here"? The answer is YES!
