It seems as if more and more places all over Colorado are facing hardships and deciding to close the doors to their business in 2023. Unfortunately, we have another place to tell you about.

MobCraft Beer located at 2403 Champa Street in Denver, Colorado has announced the brewery will be closing its operations after only seven short months. MobCraft Beer made the announcement today via Facebook and at MobCraftBeer.com. MobCraft shared a thank you letter to patrons by saying:

It is very difficult to close less than one year after opening. We were just gaining traction, feeling supported by the neighborhood and community, and truly loved contributing to the Denver beer and food scene. Our staff is phenomenal, led by managers Molly Fitzgerald and Kai Hohman, we’ve been able to give great service to so many! Our brewer Derick Rivera brewed some amazing craft beers, we collaborated with so many top-of-class brewers and are heart warmed to have served so many meals to our loyal patrons.

MobCraft states the reason for the closure is due to circumstances beyond their control with the lease and a myriad of unfortunate events. MobCraft said in the thank you letter that they are gutted to share the news.

After an eleven-month building process, MobCraft Beer opened its doors in Denver on September 5, 2022. The brewery employed more than 30 people during the time of operation. The final day MobCraft Beer will be operating in Denver will be Sunday, April 23.
