Montrose 29-Year-Old Hiker, Found Safe

The Montrose County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in locating a missing hiker out of Montrose. Kristen Major, a 29 years old Montrose resident has been missing since yesterday (Tuesday, April 21st).
Kristen was last seen hiking outside of the Nucla-area. She is 5'6 and weighs around 145 lbs. She has brown hair and eyes and was reported missing at 10:30 p.m. last night.
Search efforts are on now by the Civil Air Patrol, MCSO Investigations, Colorado Parks and Wildlife, MCSO K-9 units, MCSO drones, and the Montrose County Sheriff's Posse.
